Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients: 300g almond flour
1 egg
2 very ripe bananas, mashed (200g)
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
100g dried fruit (or chocolate chips)
¼ cup sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350’F.
Mix everything together (it’s going to be a very stick dough), scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350’F for 15-20 minutes.
When baking - always measure your ingredients by weight. Measuring cups (volume) is to inaccurate and can lead to inconsistent results.
